Many Christians have the mistaken notion that Heaven is somehow closed to them, and that it is not possible to hear the voice of God in their daily lives. Because of this, too many wander through life without ever knowing the peace, comfort and closeness associated with hearing from God personally. Let's Talk will help you discover that Heaven is truly open for all believers, and that God's Voice can be personally accessed in so many different ways.

Overview
Part I: Messages from Heaven
Realizing that Heaven is open through the new birth and that God is trying to communicate with His children is the first step toward hearing His voice. Too many Christians have unfounded ideas about what it takes to hear from God, and they generally assume that they do not meet the criteria demanded by Him. This section of the book is dedicated to revealing how open the heavens are, and it will also reveal the first five avenues through which God speaks: His written Word, dreams & visions, signs & wonders, angels, and His own audible voice.

Part II: Five Gifts from Heaven
There are five distinct ministry gifts given to the Body of Christ to equip every believer for the work of the ministry. Each of the five-fold ministry gifts will be considered in this section, and the unique nature of each will be explored as pertains to God's voice being heard through them, The five gifts are: Pastor, Teacher, Evangelist, Apostle and Prophet.

Part III: Spiritual Gifts
There are nine supernatural manifestations of God's Spirit in operation in the Body of Christ today. God will use each of them uniquely to speak to His people personally. This section will cover each of the nine gifts discussed by the Apostle Paul in I Corinthians 12:7-11. You will discover that these nine gifts of the Spirit are for the benefit of individuals as well as church bodies.

Part IV: Learning and Discerning
Every man and woman produces fruit - some good, some bad. Hearing God speak through discerning that fruit is probably the most overlooked hearing skill at the Christian's disposal. Part IV will also cover how one can judge what is believed to be the voice of God.
